All photography print sales are final. As a small business owner, each print is made to order through a professional print lab based in Kansas, USA (MPix) to ensure you receive a high-quality product you’ll love. Because these prints are custom-made, I am unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your print arrives damaged or there was an error with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photo of the issue, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
All merchandise (non-print items) such as shirts, mugs, and tote bags are produced and fulfilled through a Print-on-Demand (POD) service called Printful. Zarpal Media follows Printful’s return policy for these items. Damaged or defective merchandise can be reported directly to me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I’ll assist in filing a claim with Printful to resolve the issue.
